Our design office has a range of tools and technologies that allow us to successfully complete all your projects. Our expertise and equipment enable us to respond quickly and effectively to a wide variety of projects.

 

Statements

We use a FARO 3D laser scanner to accurately capture the details of any structure and its surroundings. This technology allows us to create precise models through advanced point cloud processing, thus ensuring accurate implementation of our designs.

Design and modelling softwares

  • 2D: For technical drawings and 2D plans, we use Autocad, an industry-leading tool renowned for its accuracy and ease of use.
  • 3D: We have several 3D modeling tools at our disposal, allowing us to adapt to each type of project: We use Solidworks for projects with a strong mechanical and/or kinematic focus, offering unparalleled flexibility and precision for designing complex parts and assemblies. For structural steelwork, we use Advance Steel, software specifically designed for 3D modeling of metal structures. We also have the Plant 3D design tool for pipe routing and isometric drawing generation.
     

Calculation and analysis

  • Steel Structures : Advance Design is our tool of choice for structural calculations, enabling precise and standards-compliant analysis. We also use IDEA Statica assembly calculation software, allowing us to validate even the most complex connections.
  • Finite Elements: The Ansys suite provides advanced finite element analysis capabilities, ideal for testing and optimizing your designs under various conditions.
  • Piping: For specific piping flexibility calculations, we use Caesar, robust software that ensures the reliability and compliance of your piping installations.
